Our Sustainability Explorers in years 3 to 13 are working hard to reduce our global footprint. We are currently part of a pilot schools group working in partnerhip with ´Sustainability at School´ to enhance the impact of our actions which are focussed on reducing waste.

In our Early Years programme, young minds engage with nature first-hand through our vibrant garden. This hands-on experience fosters a love for the environment, encouraging children to understand and appreciate the world around them.
Discovery House
Our commitment to sustainability extends to our youngest learners at Discovery House. This purpose-built space for Infants stands as a beacon of energy efficiency.
Equipped with solar panels to provide domestic hot water, Discovery House covers more than 60% of the current demand for hot water throughout the building, with an estimated consumption of approximately 730 litres per day, equating to four litres per person.

Sustainable building for Juniors and Seniors.
Forest School
As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, we are excited to announce the upcoming addition of a Forest School building for Juniors and Seniors. This innovative structure is designed to be a beacon of eco-consciousness, featuring solar panels, aerothermia systems, and surrounded by lush greenery. It's not just a building; it's a living testament to our pledge to create sustainable spaces for learning and growth.
